चाळीतल्या कांद्याची तेजी कायम
नाशिक – राज्यभर नव्या कांद्याचे आगमन लांबणीवर असल्याने चाळीतल्या कांद्याची तेजी कायम राहिली आहे.
निर्यातीच्या प्रक्रियेत अद्याप तरी कोणतेही अडथळे आलेले नाहीत, त्यामुळे सव्वा सातशे ते आठशे रुपये प्रति क्विंटलने नाशिकच्या सर्व बाजार समित्यांमध्ये गेल्या आठवड्यात व्यापाऱ्यांनी कांदा खरेदी केला.
३५ ते ४० टक्के उन्हाळ कांदा अद्याप चाळींमध्ये आहे. या कांद्याचा दर्जा अजून चांगला आहे, मात्र चाळींना वरचे वर चाळणी न मारल्याने व जुन्या पद्धतीच्या चाळी असलेल्या शेतकऱ्यांना काही प्रमाणात कांदा फेकावा लागतो आहे. अर्थात, हे प्रमाण अत्यल्प आहे. पिंपळगावला गेल्या आठवड्यात सरासरी १८० ते २०० ट्रक कांद्याची आवक झाली.
लासलगावला १५० ते १८० ट्रक आवक होत होती, तर “कसमादे’ पट्ट्यातील कांदा उ त्पादक शेतकऱ्यांसाठी महत्त्वाची भूमिका म्हणजे १५० ट्रकच्या वर कांदा आवक होती. बैलगाडी व ट्रॅक्टर ट्रॉलीतून बाजार समित्यांमध्ये कांदा आणला जातो. व्यापाऱ्यांकडून ट्रक व रेल्वे वॅगनच्या माध्यमातून विविध ठिकाणी सदर माल पाठविला जातो.

Wastage of Onion stocked in silos due to no timely sieving is about 10 to 20 % .This can de eliminated by proper sieving of the onion stocked.Ultimately if farmer manages to retain the quality of stocked onion, at least up to 95 to 97 per cent., it would be a great souce of getting more price realisation.Agriculture Deapartment should provide a propar scheme to facilitate the same.

Onion will be once again, precious commodity in next two months. Due to delayed rains and followed by heavy rains in A.Nagar,Nasik and pune dist. crop acreage dropped down to 50%.
farmers have to take due care of stored onion,by aireating and using sulphur as anti-fungal chemical in storage.
New plantation may bigin in next month.

Congratulation to hon’ble c.m. deshmukh sir for announcing RS.25,000/acre subsidy to reshim udyog .It lead to encourage the farmer activity for cultivation and production of reshim udhog.this crop is like as a cash crop even more sure than cane and cotton . No risk in fluctituon prices in market. I hope that farmer are gather for cultivation and making a good network for marketing $export
